W. Wolf Bookkeeping partnered with IXOYE Designs to completely revamp their brand identity and elevate their online presence with a stunning, modern website. The project began with a deep dive into rebranding, where we embarked on a comprehensive process to transform their visual and narrative identity. We started by gathering inspiration and creating detailed storyboards that laid the foundation for their new look. Our team then crafted over 90 potential illustrations, exploring various creative directions for the brand. After thoughtful collaboration with the client, we narrowed these concepts down to three strong design options, ultimately selecting the one that best captured the essence of W. Wolf Bookkeeping.
Once the final design was chosen, we developed a robust set of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all forms of media and communication. These guidelines provided a clear framework for visual elements such as logos, typography, and color schemes, as well as establishing a cohesive voice for the brand. This included guidance on how the company should communicate with its audience, advertise services, and build meaningful relationships with clients.
Simultaneously, we began developing a user-friendly website that would help W. Wolf Bookkeeping connect with their customers and effectively showcase their services. The website was thoughtfully designed to include clear pathways, allowing visitors to easily navigate and find the specific bookkeeping services they need. We also emphasized the importance of displaying the company’s certifications prominently, reinforcing their credibility and professionalism within the industry.
